This is a very special work.

I was reading opinions about the Vertú album (Stanley Clarke, etc…) and one of those guys, who really hates Vertú work, mentioned “Wrecking Ball” as a much better example of what “good music” should sound like.

I like Vertú but i pressed CTRL+T and started a google search to find out information about “Wrecking Ball”.

I’d like to thank that angry guy ;) because behind this tiltle there is an amazing album. A true efficient experience of modern music arrangement. Its minimalistic, evocative and very coherent from the first track to the last without loosing contact with the country feeling and songwriting style wich Emmylou Harris is rooted in.

If you have not listened yet to this album I encourage you to do it. For me it has been a very good discovery.

    Good luck.

If Emmylou Harris reads this I’d like to tell her i really love this album: Your voice is a sound that summarizes evething good in life.
